EnergyOne has been approved and licensed as an Electricity Retailer by the Ontario Energy Board (License #ER-2005-0261). EnergyOne is required to follow the Electricity Retailer Code of Conduct, issued and amended by the Ontario Energy Board.

Q2 Will I be changing electricity companies?
No. Your utility will continue to deliver the electricity and provide 24 hour emergency service that you’ve always enjoyed. EnergyOne will now provide your electricity supply.

Q3 Will I receive any government rebates?
Yes, when you sign up with EnergyOne you will still receive the Ontario Power Generation Rebate and your one time RPP settlement.

Q4 What is the term?
This program has a 5 year term, but can be cancelled at any time, without penalty, if you are not 100% satisfied.
