There is no risk of your commodity price increasing during the term of this agreement and no retroactive commodity price adjustments. There is no cost to enroll. As in the past, your utility will continue to deliver their services and product and provide 24-hour emergency service.

How do I sign up?
You have two options to apply for our fixed price protection program:
- With one of our trained professional agents canvassing neighbourhoods.
- By calling our Customer Service Department at 1-866-869-2456 to obtain an application.

How long am I protected for?
Our most popular program by far is our 5-year fixed price protection program. Your price will remain fixed for the full term.

If I chose EnergyOne Canada as my supplier, will I receive my bill from you?
You will continue to receive the same ‘one bill’ from your utility and once your application has been accepted, our name will appear on that same bill.

How can I tell if the program has started?
Once the program begins, EnergyOne Canada will appear on your utility bill along with our toll-free customer service number.

Will I be switching gas companies?
Your utility remains your utility, and you will continue to receive delivery, billing and quality of service from your utility. By choosing EnergyOne Canada’s fixed price protection program you will enjoy the peace of mind of having a secured, protected rate, while receiving the same quality of service, delivery and billing through your local utility.

What happens at the end of my chosen term?
EnergyOne Canada will send you written notice of your renewal options.

If I move, can I transfer the program?
Please give us at least 90 days notice prior to your move date and we will transfer your account to your new property. This is subject to your utility’s acceptance.
